Healthy food and lifestyle choices are more than just virtuous habits. They are often the magic key to keeping our body running in its optimal and precision-tuned natural state of wellness.

In this toxic world, it’s more important than ever that we take better care of ourselves.

My name is Matthew Albracht. I’m a writer and I’ve spent a career in social justice advocacy and mind/body/spirit wellness. I’ve co-founded and run national non-profits like The Peace Alliance (along with my mentor, Marianne Williamson and others). My writings have appeared on CNN, HuffPost, Medium, Common Dreams and other outlets.

I experienced significant health improvements in 2015 that changed the course of his life. They were largely born from nutritional changes. I now devote significant time toward health and wellness education and advocacy.

This all inspired me to write my new book, Nourish Your Self Whole: A Guide to Core Nutritional Pillars, with Achievable Steps for Vibrant Health. Plus, Meaningful Lifestyle Tips to Enrich your Whole Self. Weaving into one’s life the nutritional steps spelled out within this book can help people create substantial healing for their body and get them back into the shape from which they can thrive. This will inevitably lead to a more fulfilling life.

The good news in Nourish your Self Whole is that healthy eating doesn’t have to hurt. One of the things I really love to share about is that there are ample delicious foods and alternatives to less than healthy favorites that are nourishing AND deeply satisfying.

One of the primary goals I had while writing this book and doing this work was to focus in on just the most important dietary keys to vibrant and enlivening health. The four nutrition-focused pillars I spotlight are the most highly leveraged for doing just that. While there are many things you can do in relation to proper nutrition, these four core pillars will give people the biggest bang for their buck. They are at the top of the list for many of the cutting-edge nutritional experts who are working with the most up-to-date research.

This is a topic I have ample expertise in and love to discuss.
